Window City Renovates Historic Virginia Mill

Window City is completing work on the Dan River White Mill project in Danville, VA. The historic mill is being developed into Dan River Falls, a multi-use project with housing and commercial space.

The top three floors of the western two-thirds of the building will house 150 one, two, and three bedroom units. The first floor and the eastern one-third of the second floor will be made up of 147,000 square feet of office and retail space. The lower level of the building will include over 200 interior parking spaces.

Window City is proud to be a part of this renovation process. Upgraded windows will help turn this building steeped in history into a functional and productive space for Danvillians.
