This exclusive high-rise overlooks Central Park and is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Midtown West. Prior to demo and construction of the adjacent AOL/Time Warner high-rise building, ownership requested Window City to replace the windows with STC rated glass. Sound reducing insulation foam was applied to the interior voids to further dampen noise. Upon completion of the window replacement project, ownership did not receive one vacancy due to exterior noise. In all, 3200 aluminum double-hung windows with flush fin snap trim and clip were installed.
