Window City crews are on site in Newark working on 3 large-scale retrofit projects. Two of the projects, Pilgrim Baptist Village 1 & 2, called for replacing all 1262 windows with energy-efficient fiberglass windows, insulating the attics with blown-in cellulose insulation, and replacing light bulbs and shower heads.
