At the crossroads of Manhattan’s East & West sides, this ornamentally dressed brick building is regarded as a Window City window replacement favorite. The historic residential building required a putty glazed-profile in a commercial aluminum replacement window applied with historical exterior extruded panning to meet requirements from the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. A white glove implementation process was applied to make the window replacement project as painless as possible for the building’s percipient residents.
