    As one of Window City’s first large-scale window projects, this property located next to the Forest Hill Golf Course consisted of 65 individual 2-story buildings with over 750 apartment units. The existing steel casements were replaced with 6,500 aluminum double-hung windows. The window replacement not only brought the property back to modernity, but also made substantial improvement in energy efficiency.
