Window City was called on for turnkey window replacement services at the former Woodruff-Brown Building in Columbus, GA. Now known as Fontaine Hall, the pre-1900 building will be used for student housing at Columbus State University. The project received State and National Historic Tax Credits from SHPO and NPS and is also pursuing LEED Certification from the United States Green Building Council. In 1980, the building was listed on the National Trust’s Register of Historic Places. Window City installed arched commercial units manufactured by Seal Craft Windows. The windows were installed with architectural receptor panning with snap trim, clip and bull-nose exterior trim.
